I was given a thorough brief before I started my treatment and I felt at complete ease. I would recommend the soprano laser. It really is pain free and the service and conduct of all the staff has been excellent. I do feel less conscious of the hair on my upper lip.

I would say they are very professional and caring, made me feel very welcomed. They advised me what and how the treatment would work before I was treated.
I would highly recommend potential patients to come along to the open evening when promoting treatments, that would allow you to see the professional approach and manner they have towards all customers.
