Female patient Age 36: 6 stone in 9 months

He started AZ in the middle of April 2012 and finished at the beginning of Dec 2012 taking just 8 months to lose 52kg (8 stone). He dropped from 149kg to an amazing 97kg. His health “improved dramatically and I have no more aches and pain”. He now breezes through day to day life.

He started AZ at the end of Feb 2012 and completed at the end of July 2012. He managed to lose 27.5kg (4 stone) in just 5 months. He went from weighing 96.5kg to 69kg. Losing weight has helped with his overall fitness and well being and “also took the extra pressure off my problem knees”.

He started AZ end of Aug 2010 and finished at the beginning of Jan 2011 losing, 26kg (4 stone) in under 4 months. He went from 116kg to 90kg. She started on AZ end of Feb 2012 and finished at the beginning of Nov 2012, in 8 short months managing to lose over 37kg (5 stone). She went from 103kg down to an incredible 66kg. Dr Maini, Ruth and Isabel were all absolutely fantastic, supportive and realistic in the expectations of what I would expect. The programme is tough, the first few days of detox left me feeling shaky and tearful, but I had reached a point that I wanted to be back to my old self too much to give in.
Cooing for my family was especially hard and giving up bad habits of nibbling whilst cooking and tasting were difficult but I did it!
I had moments of thinking I couldn’t do it but the support from the clinic and my husband kept me going.
Phase 3 was wonderful and my first meal with a fillet steak was like it had all been worth it – delicious.
Finding a love of healthy food has been and easy journey after the restrictions of phases 1 and 2.
Reaching my target is wonderful and quick as I followed the plan to the letter.
Shopping is wonderful and I proudly walk in a shop with a size 14 over my arm rather than turning the hanger to hide the 18 tag !

Isabel is my regular nurse and is extremely helpful & supportive

They both make you feel very compfortable and help you and support you in all ways.

Yes do it! With the support you recive and the treatments, along with ruth and the doctor on hand to help answer all your questions and give great advice, you can only do well and get where you need to be.
I feel happier about the way i look, and people have started to comment on how much better i look, so i just need to keep it this way for good and i know i will with ongoing help and support.
