Having experienced both Smart Lipo and more recently Advanced Lipo – I would personally opt for Advanced Lipo, it utilizes the latest technology and actually gently sucks out the lasered fat out so you can see results instantly. Also I experienced significantly less bruising.
My recommendation to others would be to opt for Advanced Lipo over Smart Lipo and to take Arnica following treatment.

The procedure I had was Advanced Lipo suction on outer thighs.
Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I felt at ease and comfortable throughout my treatment.
It was a follow-up treatment from smartlipo – the results after only 10 days are much better. Bruising and swelling is less and you can already see a great difference.
If you are unhappy with a particular part of your body and smartlipo/sculptra/fat removal is an option, then I would definitely recommend it. I would never had liposuction but this is non-invasive and probably less painful with great results.
