X Factor's Kitty Brucknell hails liposuction

X Factor finalist and cosmetic surgery fan Kitty Brucknell spoke of her delight at the results of a £3,000 liposuction procedure.

The 27-year-old singer dropped more than a stone and two dress sizes after having six litres of fat removed from her bottom, thighs, stomach, hips, back and knees.

Posing naked for a photo shoot with Now Magazine, Brucknell exclaimed, “I embrace surgery!”, adding: “Lipo's the best thing I've ever done in my whole life. I needed it – I had huge hips."

Despite appearing on last year's X Factor in a variety of skimpy outfits, Brucknell said she is unhappy with her figure – apart from her legs. "I do a lot of walking and sit-ups," she explained.

She continued: “I hate my 34DD boobs, too, I want a reduction. They aren't attractive to me as I can't dance with them. I like the androgynous look. Annie Lennox is my body icon.”

The blonde singer started having Botox in 2009 soon after undergoing liposuction, and in an interview with Heat magazine last year, described the procedure as “a good thing”.

Brucknell was axed from the show on November 13 when judges voted her off following a sing-off with Misha Bryan.
